Verio Continues to Expand Global Presence with New OEM Partner, Lintasarta

Verio Inc., the leading provider in delivering online business solutions to SMBs worldwide, including business web hosting, application hosting and Software as a Service (SaaS), today announced an agreement with PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, a leading ICT solution provider in Indonesia, to provide Verio’s global hosting solutions to its small and medium enterprise customers.

As an ICT leader in the fourth most populated country in the world, Lintasarta provides data communication and Internet and value-added services to over a million customers and offers network coverage in 72 cities within Indonesia and 220 countries worldwide. Under the terms of the agreement, Lintasarta will offer Verio’s award-winning Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting plans to customers currently using their medium enterprise connectivity services and will also bundle Verio’s Signature Unix hosting plans as part of their new small business service offering.

“There is a tremendous opportunity in the SMB market and we are eager to capitalize on this growth through our partnership with Verio,” said Noor SDK Devi, President Director for PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta. “Having the ability to quickly deploy Verio’s proven global hosting solutions along with our highly reliable connectivity services uniquely positions us to deliver best-of-breed solutions to our small and mid-size customers while rapidly growing this segment of our business.”

Verio’s Global OEM program provides telecommunication companies, cable providers and other large, enterprise organizations turnkey web hosting solutions specifically designed for the SMB market. This program enables companies to grow their market share by extending into new markets without adding infrastructure costs or the responsibility of managing their own hosting operations. Partners also benefit from leveraging Verio’s experience and expertise as the only global hosting provider specifically focused on the SMB market. Lintasarta joins the prominent list of National Carriers currently participating in the program, located in fifteen different countries and on four different continents.

“We are very pleased Lintasarta has selected us as their provider of choice and we look forward to working with them to aggressively expand their reach in the SMB market,” said Peter von der Linde, Senior Director of OEM Sales for Verio. “We continue to see strong growth in our OEM program and believe this success is largely the result of our ability to help partners extend their service offering and create new market opportunities that will grow their business and market share.”

Verio is part of NTT, the 44th largest company in the world and is backed by NTTs Global Tier 1 IP backbone. To learn more about Verio’s Global OEM program, visit http://www.verio.com/partners/oem.cfm.
