Cloud Expo New York, Prague, and San Francisco Sponsors

You will receive an updated mailer from me this week

Early Bird Registration at Cloud Expo

Cloud Computing in 2010 will be a paradigm-shifting technology trend and Cloud Expo is where the Cloud change will form as the single most significant industry event as we enter a brand new decade.

Since we announced Cloud Expo three years ago in 2007 and launched it in March of 2008 in New York City, I have been personally working with the companies that are in leadership positions as the Cloud technologies form.

We recently presented the 4th International Cloud Computing & Expo at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California.

November 2009 - Carmen Gonzalez at the registration desk of the 4th International Cloud Computing Conference & Expo, Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, California.

Sponsorship and exhibitor packages in Santa Clara were priced at an estimated delegate count of 900 attendees. By the time Cloud Expo 2009 West opened Monday morning, there were over 2,200 delegates who showed up at the conference & expo last November.

The Expo Floor was packed for three days. Today, we have close to a 100% re-sign rate among our sponsors for the upcoming Cloud Expo, which will take place April 19-21, 2010, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City.

I would like to take this opportunity to share some tips with all our valued sponsors, exhibitors, our rock star faculty, as well as our delegates.

First, we will have re-sign contracts available on the Expo Floor for all our sponsors and exhibitors that are participating in Cloud Expo 2010 New York City. On the last day of the show you can sign and turn them in to the show office to guarantee your sponsorship level at the upcoming events.

Since December 2009, many of our sponsors opt in for a single contract that covers the next three events: Cloud Expo New York, Cloud Expo Europe, and Cloud Expo California.

Also, many sponsorship levels are limited to one, two, or three companies.

We had a difficult time in December announcing a number of sponsors on each level, simply because we had more requests than available packages.

As you read my blog entry here, if you are in charge of marketing decisions for your company, you will also receive an updated mailer from me on Monday, January 25, 2010.

Please revise the available sponsorship packages that are still available for our New York event and please contact me by Friday so that we can still accommodate your participation this April.

Even more important, in addition to New York, we will start announcing our Europe and Silicon Valley Cloud Expo sponsors soon.

Those packages for Prague (June 2010) and California (November 2010) are also selling out fast.

Please call me at 201 802-3021 with questions. I will be happy to assist you as you make your decision for the remainder of the calendar year 2010.

I look forward to speaking with you.

The proliferation of device connectivity is redefining the functionality requirements and capabilities of many embedded systems as more and more of these devices look to leverage the “Cloud.” While many commercial software and hardware component vendors have begun to realign their value propositions to satisfy growing demand, commercial-off-the-shelf products (COTS) alone cannot meet every OEM’s needs.
