EMC Corporation, a provider of information infrastructure solutions, on Tuesday announced that Gartner, Inc. has recognized EMC with a positive rating in its report entitled "MarketScope for E-Discovery Software Product Vendors."*

EMC has revolutionized its position as a leader in the e-discovery and e-disclosure markets with the release of EMC SourceOne and its acquisition of Kazeon, a leading e-discovery vendor.
