The session titled "Are RHIOS Right For Your Community? Who Will Benefit?" is scheduled for Friday, December 9, from 11 a.m. until noon.

Reuschel, a leader and pioneer in the application of technology to create better health, will provide his perspective on the role that Personal Health Records (PHRs) will play as Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIOS) take on greater importance in the delivery of healthcare in the United States.
