DecisionOne Completes Transformation of Executive Team

Leading IT Support Services Company Finalizes Leadership Roster

DEVON, Pa., Nov. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DecisionOne, the largest independent technology support organization in North America, announced that it recently completed a reorganization of its senior management team, including the addition of a senior executive who joined the team this month. The transformed DecisionOne senior management team consists of: Nick Sharma, President and Chairman; Bill Comfort, Senior Vice President, North America Support Services; Bill Harrison, Senior Vice President, Sales; Claude Thornton, Senior Vice President, Reverse Logistics Supply Chain; Scott Gaul, Vice President, Human Resources; and Marc Krasuski, Vice President, Finance. The newest executive to join the team is Steven Lack, Senior Vice President of Managed Services, who will report to Mr. Sharma.

DecisionOne is focused on expansion in FY2013, with growth in key service areas including: cloud computing; reverse logistics services; data center support; Federal field services support; managed mobility, printer and desktop services; Discovery Assessment™ services; and expanding its managed services portfolio. Mr. Lack is a key hire to drive the company's growth in managed services. Mr. Lack joins DecisionOne from CSS Corporation, where he was Vice President of Infrastructure Management Services. At CSS, he was responsible for exponential revenue growth through implementing strategic partnerships with several industry leaders, and focusing sales and delivery on key initiatives.

Also reporting directly to Mr. Sharma are: Bill Comfort, a 31-year veteran with DecisionOne's operations organization that includes almost 1,000 people providing onsite and remote technical support services; Bill Harrison, formerly with CSS Corporation and Harris Corporation, who brings deep expertise in sales strategy across all verticals, including Federal; and Claude Thornton, who leads the company's reverse logistics supply chain management organization to improve the competitiveness and effectiveness of DecisionOne's clients.
