Wipro Establishes Strategic Partnership with SuccessFactors

BANGALORE, India and EAST BRUNSWICK, New Jersey, November 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

Wipro Technologies, the Global Information Technology, Consulting and Outsourcing business of Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT) today announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with SuccessFactors, an SAP company, the global leader in cloud-based business execution software.

As part of the agreement, Wipro will become a Strategic SuccessConsulting Partner helping to market and provide consulting and implementation services for SuccessFactors Business Execution (BizX) suite globally. SuccessFactors will invest in marketing and sales efforts to increase Wipro's presence across its own customer base. The two companies plan to develop a joint business plan for the two year engagement and offer software solutions and services to help organizations leverage technology to manage the evolving needs of today's workforce. This partnership is expected to further establish Wipro's position in support of the SAP® ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) application and cloud space.
