Supermicro presenterà anche le sue ultime piattaforme FatTwin, che offrono la più alta densità di archiviazione del settore, con fino a 8 dischi rigidi da 3,5" in 1U, e 12 schede GPU/MIC a doppia larghezza e ad elaborazione altamente parallela in 4U.  La piattaforma FatTwin utilizza risorse condivise e consente un notevole risparmio grazie alle ventole di raffreddamento heavy duty da 8 cm ad alta efficienza energetica, al sistema di ventilazione ottimizzato e agli alimentatori di livello platino (94%+), per un risparmio energetico superiore del 16% rispetto alla concorrenza.
