Tenzing and Professional Access Form Strategic Partnership to Deliver "One Source for All" Solution for Oracle Commerce

Partnership Leverages the Strengths of Both Companies; Enables Professional Access to White Label Tenzing's Managed Hosting Solutions

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- Tenzing Managed IT Services, a leading provider of hosting solutions for e-commerce clients, System Integrators (SIs) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers, and Professional Access, an Oracle® Accelerate Solution Provider and Platinum-Level member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN), today announced a new strategic partnership. Tenzing and Professional Access will draw from each organization's respective areas of expertise to provide a complete, seamlessly integrated solution for the Oracle Commerce Platform.

Under the terms of the partnership agreement, Professional Access will offer Tenzing's managed hosting solutions to its customers worldwide. The agreement enables Professional Access to white label Tenzing's services, and includes joint strategic planning and co-marketing activities designed to expand and enhance the service offerings of each organization.
