MetraTech to Host Customer Success 2012

Customer Success Event to Unpack Key Disciplines Driving Quantifiable Customer Engagement

WALTHAM, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/19/12 -- MetraTech Corp., the leading provider of commerce, billing and compensation solutions, today announced that it will host the Customer Success 2012 event exploring key strategies software as a service (SaaS) and online businesses need to incorporate into their customer success models to drive deeper customer engagement, increase recurring revenue and customer lifetime value. The event will take place on Thursday, November 29 at the MetraTech headquarters in Waltham, Mass. from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET. Virtual attendance is available as well.

Customer Success 2012 will feature an expert panel challenging each other's perceptions as to what ultimately drives customer success. Presenters include Patrick Campbell, CEO at Price Intelligently; Joe Baz, CEO at Above The Fold; Brian Rogers, vice president of customer success at Apptegic; and Jim Williams, vice president of marketing at Influitive. Curt Raffi, marketing lead for MetraTech's cloud-based commerce solution, Metanga, will moderate the panel. The panel is designed for SaaS and online business leaders seeking to lower churn and unleash quantifiable customer success by focusing on:
