Seasoned Executive and Serial Entrepreneur Joins Board as Company Eyes Continued Growth and International Expansion

PRINCETON, N.J., Nov. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Snap MyLife, Inc. (www.snapmylifeinc.com), a leading developer of cloud-service applications for consumers and families, today welcomed international mobile industry executive and visionary entrepreneur Trevor Healy to its board of directors.

A successful entrepreneur and NASDAQ 100 executive, Healy is CEO of Amobee, Inc., a global leader in mobile advertising solutions. Formerly he served as chief innovation officer and member of the board of directors at Telefonica Europe PLC. Healy previously served as CEO of JAJAH, a VoIP innovator that is now part of Telefonica, as general manager and vice president at PayPal, Inc., and co-founded CeINX, which was later acquired by VeriSign.

He began his career in advertising with Ketchum.
