“Trust is an ongoing journey and sits at the foundation of any vendor relationship – the companies that don’t consistently earn trust won’t be around long,” noted Henrik Rosendahl, Senior VP of Cloud Solutions at Quantum, in this exclusive Q&A with Cloud Expo Conference Chair Jeremy Geelan. “As they do more with cloud, trust will organically grow – maybe it’s just about meeting SLAs or seeing firsthand that data is there when you need it,” Rosendahl continued.

SRA International, Inc., a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire the National Security Solutions business, of MorganFranklin, a privately held, execution-oriented consulting and technology solutions firm headquartered in the D.C. Metro Area.
The acquisition will deliver approximately 180 new employees who bring with them strong expertise in tactical command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities, continuity of operations (COOP) and emergency planning, information assurance and cyber security, intelligence analysis, and project management office (PMO) support. In addition to their strong professional reputation for surpassing customer expectations, MFC’s NSS team brings to SRA a presence with key existing SRA customers, as well as the ability to expand SRA’s presence through strategically-valuable contract vehicles.
“The MorganFranklin National Security Solutions business is a great fit for SRA,” said President and CEO Bill Ballhaus. “This team brings world-class capabilities in a number of technical and functional domains and a strong professional reputation for surpassing customer expectations that will result in strategic growth opportunities for SRA.”
With this acquisition, SRA will expand its defense, national security and health portfolios and looks forward to strengthening its ability to meet customer needs in these strategic markets. SRA also will be able to expand its relationship with existing customers through additional opportunities associated with contract vehicles moving to SRA in the acquisition.
Completion of the transaction is expected to occur later in December. The majority of MorganFranklin’s National Security Solutions employees work at client locations. They are largely located in the D.C. Metro Area and Tampa, Fla.
