The $900K+ agreement will help OCH future proof its operations for continuous business change pressures, thereby improving both its effectiveness and accountability. The deciding factors in its selection were strong customer references, Agresso's ability to integrate seamlessly with front-office systems, and its ability to help OCH respond to ongoing business changes at minimal expense and disruption.

OCH is the largest social housing provider in Ottawa, and the second largest in Ontario. It provides almost 15,000 homes for about 32,000 seniors, parents, children, singles and persons with special needs.
