We unveiled some key new cloud service updates including our “tagging” feature, as well as enhanced reporting capabilities.  As a product manager, I am always excited in a proud poppa way when we unveil new stuff.  That being said, I am particularly excited about these features as they are key reporting components that our customers have been asking for for some time.  It always feels especially great to deliver highly requested features to our cloud service.

While preparing for this webinar, (and our Q4 company meetings last week) I spent a few minutes reviewing all of the product updates that we released this year.  You don’t notice how rapid the pace of change is while you are living it (it never comes fast enough.. trust me) but when you take a few minutes to look back over the course of the year, you can really see how dramatically we managed to alter both our platform and how our customers view IT in the cloud.  That makes for a pretty exciting view to 2013 since much of the technology that our development team spent their time on hasn’t shipped yet.  Looking at the pace of change this year and knowing what is on the books for 2013, I can only say… strap up your seat belts!
