A panel of five lead developers will discuss how their groundbreaking use of big data technology dramatically lowered costs, but also maximized the campaign's volunteer engagement and voter outreach. With the development of more than 200 custom applications, they will also discuss their DevOps practices and the tools and techniques they used to optimize their cloud-hosted applications.
