Epson Partners with Third Solutions to Offer Digital Receipt Services with Epson OmniLink Smart Solutions Family

Today at the NRF (National Retail Federation) 102nd Annual Convention & EXPO, Epson America, Inc., a leading supplier of value-added Point of Service (POS) solutions, and Third Solutions LLC, developer and owner of the MyReceipts® digital receipt platform, announced the availability of MyReceipts with Epson’s OmniLink™ smart POS solutions family. OmniLink combines an Epson industry-leading POS printer with PC functionality to deliver cloud-based services, open platform mobility and flexible web-based printing from any mobile device. Paired with Epson’s OmniLink, MyReceipts delivers a digital receipt and couponing solution to retailers looking to offer consumers access through their mobile phone or personal computer without the time and costs of traditional software upgrades to existing POS systems.

Epson’s OmniLink solutions provide the data gateway that enables delivery of cloud-based services via Ethernet or WiFi connectivity. Since the MyReceipts application resides on the OmniLink printer outside the POS system, retailers gain the benefits of rapid deployment. MyReceipts provides access to a personalized marketing engine driven by the use of digital receipts at the Point of Sale. It enables retailers to issue receipts, rebates and highly-targeted coupons based on detailed customer profiles, and gives consumers real-time access to receipts through a single web interface.

MyReceipts Platform Features

With the MyReceipts solution, retailers can personalize marketing to cost-effectively deliver selected messages to high-opportunity customers based on product and brand preferences. Retailers can further customize coupon values and eligibility requirements. Real-time reports, such as UPC-level marketing campaign performance data, allow retailers to boost marketing ROI across traditional and digital channels and the MyReceipts web-based, mobile platform allows access to all receipts from participating merchants online. Once a transaction is completed, the digital receipt is automatically available on myreceipts.com while ensuring data security.
