Epson Partners with AppCard to Offer Customer Loyalty Services with Epson’s OmniLink Smart Solutions Family

Today at the NRF (National Retail Federation) 102nd Annual Convention & EXPO, Epson America, Inc., a leading supplier of value-added Point of Service (POS) solutions, and AppCard Inc., developer of a next-generation customer loyalty platform, announced the availability of the AppCard customer loyalty service with Epson’s OmniLink™ smart POS solutions family. OmniLink combines an Epson industry-leading POS printer with PC functionality to deliver cloud-based services, open platform mobility and flexible web based printing from any mobile device. Paired with Epson’s OmniLink, AppCard provides a powerful, effective cloud-based customer loyalty platform that involves no integration with the POS and requires only a minimal setup time – at a lower cost than traditional loyalty programs on the market today.

Epson’s OmniLink solutions provide the data gateway that enables the delivery of cloud-based services via Ethernet or WiFi connectivity.
