Netplan’s vCloud Platform Selected for Entegraty’s Sage CRM Solution in the Cloud

Knowledge and Expertise Propelled the Decision

Middlemarch, Coventry, UK - January, 15, 2013 - Surging demand from SMB and midmarket customers drove Entegraty to search for a cloud service provider to host their Sage CRM offering. They selected Netplan's VMware vCloud platform for their expertise and knowledge.

"Entegraty chose to partner with Netplan for the Entegraty CRM Cloud offering because of the knowledge and experience the Netplan team offered with the vCloud platform," said Nick Rainbird, Entegraty's Head of CRM "[W]e could leverage this expertise to provide an easy to deploy, fully customisable, secure and competitively priced Sage CRM solution in the Cloud."

Smaller businesses looking to move their operations to the cloud find full customisation features of cloud-based CRMs are cost-prohibitive or unavailable. Yet customisations of CRM solutions are necessary to effectively use such tools because every business has different processes and customer data. Entegraty's CRM Cloud now offers the ability to tailor the CRM to their customer's businesses, while keeping the pricing affordable for smaller businesses.

Gartner estimates 35% of all CRM implementations today use software as a service, growing to over 50% by 2020 according to their projections. The trend is upward but many enterprise companies have existing large CRM implementations in-house lowering the overall adoption rate. Smaller companies are adopting the cloud CRMs faster, especially new companies without existing infrastructure. Service providers, like Entegraty, utilise cloud providers such as Netplan to offer services to meet their customer's needs.

Netplan's VMware vCloud platform offers:

  • A virtual data centre to host solutions

  • Total control of all aspects of the virtual infrastructure

  • Easy management with VMware's suite of vCloud tools

  • Architecture with no single point of failure and proactive monitoring with 100% uptime SLA

"At Netplan we strive to provide the best capabilities on the most robust infrastructure combined with excellent customer service," says Taylor Deakyne, Netplan's Sales and Marketing Manager. "And we use our staff's expert knowledge to help our partners maximise their offerings and their bottom lines."

If zettabytes of data exist, why is less than 1% of the world’s data being analyzed today? As the title of the session implies, Subramanian believes that the data needs to do the talking, not armies of analysts searching and querying databases. Her company has developed high-speed, advanced algorithms to autom...
