Time Warner Cable is delivering on that promise by offering a 30-day money back guarantee, which includes a refund on standard installation and monthly service charges. In addition to its customer service, Time Warner Cable’s performance has improved overall with better Internet capacity and better video and entertainment products.

The campaign promotes its new innovations features and exclusive offers to better fit the needs of every home. Customers who sign up for recurring bill pay can now subscribe to a two-year Triple Play offer starting at $89.99, which includes Standard TV, Basic Internet and Unlimited Nationwide Phone with no long term contract required.
