RiverMeadow Software SaaS Selected as Server Onboarding Solution

Only RiverMeadow can truly migrate servers into and between clouds "as-is"

RiverMeadow Software™ Inc., developer of the RiverMeadow™ cloud migration SaaS, the world's only automated server migration platform developed specifically for Carrier and Service Provider Clouds, today announces that PeakColo, a leading enterprise-class IaaS Cloud service provider for channel partners, chose the RiverMeadow cloud migration SaaS as the server migration solution for PeakColo's cloud computing platform.

Under terms of the agreement, PeakColo will resell RiverMeadow to its customers as an integrated service within the PeakColo cloud platform. Customers will be able to easily onboard into and migrate between PeakColo cloud environments with a seamless and automated experience.

Only RiverMeadow can truly migrate servers into and between clouds "as-is" with the least amount of cost and complexity, eliminating the onboarding challenges for service providers and enterprise users. The RiverMeadow cloud migration SaaS is an API based platform designed from the ground up to automate the migration of physical, virtual and cloud based servers into and between public, private and hybrid cloud environments. The RiverMeadow SaaS supports an unlimited number of service providers and enterprise users at any given time. By simply providing their cloud URL and credentials, partners can instantly access RiverMeadow's three key processes (Collect, Convert and Deploy) that automate server migrations from start-to-finish.

Focused solely on delivering Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) to channel partners, PeakColo is VMware vCloud Powered and a Platinum NetApp service provider. Channel partners white-label PeakColo's cloud as their own and sell cloud-enabled solutions, such as private or public cloud, disaster recovery, backup, virtual desktop and more as-a-Service.

"By partnering with RiverMeadow, a world-class cloud solutions provider, we can further ensure the cloud directly translates into real value for clients' business side of the house," states Luke Norris, CEO and Founder of PeakColo. "PeakColo's vCloud Powered solutions provide agility through security; control; efficiency through utilization and automation; and freedom of choice around migration and integration to the cloud."

"PeakColo has a unique business model and is one of the true innovators in the cloud market," comments Mark Shirman, President and CEO, RiverMeadow Software. "We are extremely excited to be working with their team."
