NEC and Fujitsu have completed the construction of the Asia Submarine-cable Express system which links Japan with the Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.  The system now connects major cities in East and Southeast Asia with services offered by NTT Communications and other participating carriers.  Read Original Content
