The Mobility News Weekly is an online newsletter made up of the most interesting news and articles related to enterprise mobility that I run across each week.  I am specifically targeting information that reflects market data and trends.

According to Kantar Worldpanel ComTech data, approximately 49.4 percent of smartphones sold in the three-month period ending January 2013 ran Android up 6.4 percent compared to the same period last year.  Read Original Content

After posting stellar growth for four years, Samsung saw its smartphone market share in India recede steadily in the second half of calendar year 2012. The HTC One, which the company recently unveiled at an event earlier this month, will be the company's sole flagship smartphone in 2013. It features a 4.7-inch full-HD display at 1080p resolution and 468 ppi encased in an aluminum unibody. NVIDIA's Tegra 4 chipset has finally found a smartphone to call home, as ZTE has announced it will build the world's first Tegra 4 smartphone to ship by the end of Q2 2013.
