Kevin Lynch's passion for Rich Internet Applications has won him promotion to CTO of Adobe, from SVP & Chief Software Architect. Adobe's CEO announced the promotion this week, saying: "Kevin’s insights and passion for rich Internet applications, and what they signify for the future of software across operating systems and devices, will help enable the next generation of innovation for our customers.” 
Building a cloud computing environment with on-demand access to compute, network, and storage resources requires an elastic infrastructure at multiple levels.
