Neptuny introduces Caplan SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), to provide capacity management for small to medium-sized enterprises who want to set up a small-scale capacity planning and management project.
Caplan is able to cover multiple domains with its agent-less architecture, out-of-the-box integration to major management platform and tools, and ability to easily integrate custom data sources. It provides advanced analyses, forecasting and reporting capabilities by means of easy-to-use web interfaces and dashboards.
Neptuny's Caplan SaaS provides all the benefits of the standard edition of Caplan and enables organizations to benefit from the same features without infrastructure and maintenance costs. It is the first capacity management solution available on the market that complies with the Software-as-a-Service paradigm. Caplan SaaS provides a faster time-to-value and allows customers to align their capacity management process to their needs. Key features include high-availability service with no setup and maintenance costs requiring no new hardware to be installed at the customer site, a secure web interface, and flexible service.
