Augeo Software, a European leader in project portfolio management applications, today announced the launch of Planzone Enterprise, a new version of its SaaS collaborative project management software aimed at SMEs and large organisations.
Poor communication between project stakeholders increases costs and results in delays. Planzone Enterprise solves these issues by simplifying project communication and enabling collaborative processes to be put in place, notably with partners and customers outside the company.
Planzone Enterprise provides access to the correct information at the right time and allows it to be shared. It puts an end to wasted time spent searching for data and documents amongst hundreds of documents (e-mails, attachments, notes or spreadsheets). In fact, everything that has been, discussed, designed and written in all projects is accessible in a unique and secure web workspace (www.planzone.com).
A set of collaborative functions is available and allows project stakeholders to be aware, perform and inform others regarding what has been done and what remains to be done:
- Collaboration: task management, sharing documents, knowledge management, wikis, etc.
- Project management: planning tool, resource management, milestones, timesheets, etc.
- Communication: calendars, alerts, discussions, public pages, etc.
Besides this comprehensive range of tools with significant added value, Planzone Enterprise includes a set of advanced functions for SMEs and large accounts: enterprise packs (security, confidentiality, customization), data import, synchronization, and assistance, as well as training and consultancy.
Planzone Enterprise is available in French, English, German, Dutch and Russian, starting at 100 US dollars per month.
