Turning Stone's Atunyote Among Best in the World, According to Prestigious Magazine, Robb Report

VERONA, N.Y., May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The Atunyote Golf Club at the Oneida Nation's Turning Stone Resort and Casino has been selected as one of the world's finest new courses by the prestigious Robb Report, the international authority on luxury lifestyle.

Robb Report's 17th annual "Best of the Best" issue is the "culmination of a year's search for the luxury world's most extraordinary new products and services," according to the magazine. The eagerly awaited June issue will arrive on newsstands on May 24.

Atunyote, designed by Tom Fazio, is listed among the "Best Golf Courses," one of only nine recently opened layouts in the world to earn the elite status. The other honorees are located in Tasmania, China, Canouan Island, Florida, South Carolina, California, Louisiana and New Jersey.

"We are very pleased with being honored by such a prestigious publication as Robb Report," said Ray Halbritter, Oneida Nation Representative and CEO of the Nation's enterprises. "It confirms Turning Stone's status as not only the largest golf resort in New York State, but a world-class golfing destination as well."

The course architect is equally gratified. "Robb Report naming the Atunyote Golf Club as one of the 'Best Golf Courses' is a reflection of Turning Stone Resort and Casino's commitment to the highest quality for its guests," Fazio said. "We are very proud of the golf course we designed at Atunyote and it is an honor to be part of such a special club."

In addition to the latest Robb Report honor, the course was named by Travel & Leisure Golf as one of the "Ten Best New Public/Resort Courses" and Golf Magazine included it on its 2004 list of the "Top 10 New Courses You Can Play."

The Kaluhyat Golf Club, created by Robert Trent Jones Jr., made the Golf Magazine list in 2003 and was also included in Golf Digest's ranking of "America's Best New Upscale Public Courses."

Shenendoah, designed by Rick Smith, is one of "America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses" as determined by Golf Digest and it earned four-and-a-half stars in the magazine's "Best Places to Play" guide.

Turning Stone is located 30 miles east of Syracuse.

The move to cloud-based applications has undeniably delivered tremendous benefits. However, the associated distribution creates various challenges from the quality perspective: End-to-end tests need to pass through multiple dependent systems, which are commonly unavailable, evolving, or difficult-to-access for testing. Accessing such systems often involves transaction and bandwidth fees. Teams need to test and tune the system under test against a realistic and broad range of performance and ...

For many of the same reasons that Software-as-a-Service is catching on with enterprise buyers, delivering web services on top of Infrastructure-as-a-Service architectures is appealing to the SaaS developers. Operational agility, lower CapEx, and a broad array of tools and services are on tap that make both public and private IaaS clouds a great platform to build on. But how do you do this securely, especially in the public cloud where you have no access to the network or hypervisor your servers ...
