VersaPay Sets Its Second Quarter 2014 Conference Call for Friday, August 29, 2014 at 10:00am ET

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/22/14 -- VersaPay Corporation (TSX VENTURE:VPY) ("VersaPay" or the "Company"), a leading provider of cloud-based invoicing, accounts receivable management and payment solutions, will conduct a conference call on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 10:00am ET to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014.
